We have built a martial arts program for everyone. Our main focus is our Jiu Jitsu classes, with Jiu Jitsu lessons for everyone to young kids, competitors, women’s only classes that have an emphasis in fitness. But don’t forget, we offer more than just Jiu Jitsu! Our youth martial arts program includes Wrestling, Striking, and a separate Muay Thai class. Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu & Fitness Program
Our women’s Jiu Jitsu program is perfect for providing a safe space to train. We are located in a different building with only women walking in. We have 4-5 classes a day for you to find the right time for you. Everything we do is for you, so you can train for self-defense martial arts or focus more on fitness.
Kids Jiu Jitsu Little Wolves
Our Little Wolves program teaches kids Jiu Jitsu for 4-7 year olds. We cover basic motions and movements, focusing on motor skills. They are introduced to a schedule and learn how to operate through it on a daily basis.
Youth Martial Arts
Our youth martial arts program runs 7 days a week and is for 7-12 year olds. It combines youth Wrestling, Striking, and Gi and No Gi Jiu Jitsu lessons. This is our biggest martial arts program at Arctic and emphasizes everything – from basic skills and beginner friendly training to starting competition based training and self-defense martial arts.

Teens Jiu Jitsu
The teen Jiu Jitsu program is very similar to our youth program. The same martial arts lessons are taught, with a greater emphasis on advanced development for 12-15 year olds. Our classes are beginner friendly with a competitive mindset.
Adult Jiu Jitsu
We teach Gi and No Gi Jiu Jitsu in our adult Jiu Jitsu classes. Training lasts 1 ½ hours and is designed to help with competition and self-defense. It provides a great opportunity to workout and build a sense of camaraderie.
Adult Beginner Jiu Jitsu
This program is kept very controlled so anyone can jump in without fear of injury. Little rolling is done, as we neutralize any risks and make sure you are safe at all times. It is geared toward drill technique and movement based skills.
Muay Thai
Our Muay Thai classes are for everyone. It is based on Thai Kickboxing and is tailored for beginners to intermediate experts. We combine fitness and self-defense martial arts, focusing on dynamic stretches, technique, conditioning, pad word, and occasional sparring.
